Weinhorn Estates, producer of Et-cetera wines is a collaboration between cousins Ryan Weinert and David Duckhorn. Both natives to Napa, our efforts are not of succession, nor of generations, or even nostalgia. Our efforts simply continue a story of doing what we know because that is how we were raised.

The grapes are vinified to make approachable wines for everyday consumption. Paired with your favorite foods and shared with your friends and family, our varietal wines from California exhibits easy to enjoy flavors and texture. 

With the last names of Weinert (literally German for wine maker) and Duckhorn (literally old Slavic for a duck’s horn), the cousins coined the portmanteau word, “Weinhorn” for the name of their estate. Using a traditional Keras (from Greek antiquity for drinking horn) to symbolize our history with wine, we are building our Estate with wines that everyday consumers may readily enjoy. The same as we do together!
